Cold chain
Peptides are shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs where appropriate. Refrigerate on receipt and transfer lyophilized material to −20°C or colder for long-term storage.
Damaged shipments
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery if a shipment arrives damaged. Retain packaging and photograph the contents.
