These terms govern the sale of research materials by Horizon Research Peptides ("Horizon"). By placing an order you accept these terms in full.

1. Research Use Only

All products are supplied for laboratory research and development only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, therapeutic, preventative, or clinical use.

2. Buyer eligibility

Purchasers certify that they are 21 or older and are qualified researchers, laboratory professionals, or institutional purchasers acting within their scope.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Orders are held as pending until payment is confirmed. Discount codes are subject to eligibility rules stated at time of use.

4. Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, all sales are final once dispatched. Damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Compliance

Purchasers are responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and institutional laws and policies.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horizon's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the products in question. Horizon disclaims all warranties beyond identity and purity specification.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
